Thank you for your interest in having Smith’s product shipped directly to your door. The following information should assist you in determining whether or not to place an order, and which products you would like to purchase. Shipping: We ship via Fed Ex 2nd day air each Monday. Orders placed through Friday of each week will freeze over the weekend, and ship out each Monday. Because our products are perishable, we are required to ship Fed Ex 2nd day air, which generally has a minimum shipping cost of $30- for a 10 pound package.
Packaging: We ship our product in insulated packaging, which runs $11- per box. We have 2 box sizes, one which holds up to 10 pounds of product, and one which holds up to 30 pounds of product.
****PLEASE NOTE – we DO NOT profit in any way from shipping or packaging costs. The cost we pass on to you is the same as our cost.
