But what do you do in the middle of winter, when the grill is either buried under snow or hiding in the garage? There’s always the kid’s favorite- hot dogs and mac 'n' cheese- but why not try a new quick and easy dinner idea the whole family will enjoy. In less than an hour, this delicious hot dog, bean, and cheese casserole will be ready serve and satisfy your Smith’s Hot Dog cravings.
Here's what you need:
- 1 pound of Smith's Skinless Wieners
- 2 cans of your favorite baked beans,16.5 ounces each
- 4 tablespoons of Grey Poupon prepared mustard
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Here's how to put it all together:
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut half of the wieners into slices and mix them with the beans, mustard, and half of the cheese.
- Scoop into a baking dish.
- Slice the remaining wieners diagonally into chunks and place them on top of the casserole.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden and starts to bubble.
